How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of being and ideal grace.
I love thee to the level of every day's
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for right.
I love thee purely, as they turn from praise.
I love thee with the passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints. I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life; and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.

how do i miss him
i miss him like a mountaineer misses a warm cosy bed

i miss him like a sailor of the high seas
misses the hard
solid ground beneath his feet

miss him like tired-sore-puffy eyes
need a cool-fresh-friuty wash

i miss him like the pakistani side (cricket)
misses a comfortable victory on home gorund

today was a very sluggish day....I AM IN THE MOOD FOR SOME SLUSHY MUSHY SLOPPY SLAPSTICK ROMANCE...
today was......calm but boring..relaxed but inconsequential...the same old editing rut at the newsroom....wiled away an evening longing for him...dined on a miserable excuse of a coffe-tea-and-company sandwich...

i wish I had him to dine ON...to satiate my hunger by making my senses reel with his presence....to cleanse my stoic mind of its relentless ailment...to have him engulf me with his sweet smell and bathe me with his invigorating aura of enlivenment
